Stock Order:

Items ships out in 1-2 business days for stock items. If you don't see a tracking number after 3 business days, please contact us ASAP.

All USA stock items can not be canceled or edited after the order has been placed.

If stock items and full-payment preorder items are combined in the same order, we reserve the right to decide whether to ship separately or together.

 

Deposit Preorder:

Pay the deposit first to preorder. When the product has arrived at our US warehouse, we will send an email notification with a new link to request the 2nd payment. Please make sure our email 5ktoysus@gmail.com is not filtered or blocked.

Please always use the same account you paid for the deposit to pay the 2nd payment.

If you need more time to make the 2nd payment, please contact us before the deadline expires. We will assist you in extending the deadline based on the availability of the products.

Please note*** that preorder links will be unlisted once the products are sold out. This action will not have any effect on your paid deposit, and you will still be able to receive your item once they are released and you have made the 2nd Payment.

 

 

Full-Payment Preorder: 

Pay the full amount upfront and we will ship products when arriving at our warehouse.

Full-payment preorder is usually for soon-release items in 1-2 months, items that are in transit to the USA, or products with relatively lower prices. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us ASAP. Or, when the products are about to arrive at our US warehouse, we will send an email to the customers who preordered to confirm or change their shipping address.
