1. Purchase Limit Notice

   Each customer is limited to purchasing a maximum of three figure sets in total, regardless of type. For example, you may order B10 x 3 units or B10 x 1, B11 x 1, B12 x 1, as long as the total number of figure sets does not exceed three.

   Orders exceeding this limit will be automatically canceled.

   Note that the RB002 Kit is not subject to this purchase limit.

2. Shipping will take approximately two weeks. Please do not email us to ask about the shipping status of your order. Contact us only if your order has not moved after two weeks.

3. All the boxes are damaged due to the package being heavy and undergoing international transit.

4. If you find any missing items or receive the wrong item, please take videos as proof and contact us via email within one week of receiving your package.
