Cancellation, Return, Refund, & Replacment Policy

Cancellation:

All USA stock items can not be canceled or edited after the order has been placed.

Deposit preorders and Full-Price preorders can be canceled with a full refund in 60 days of purchase. Deposit will not be refunded after 60 days of purchase.

 

Return:

Please always contact us before returning anything. Any package returned without consent will be refused.

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days after delivery.  Shipping will not be covered, and a restocking fee of 30% of the item price will be deducted from the return.

It will be your responsibility to pay for the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please make sure the item(s) you are returning is covered with protection. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages returned to us.

 

Refund:

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

For any item returned with missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error, the refund will be partially deducted in certain situations.

Your refund will be issued using the original payment method within a few days. Once we issue your refund, there may be a delay for these funds to show in your account:

  • Credit Cards: Typically 3-5 business days
  • PayPal: Depends on your PayPal original source of payment.

 

Replacement:

Replacement is covered within 30 days after delivery.

Old stock does not guarantee replacement services, as the factory/studio typically keeps spare parts for only two to three months. Please note that we do not offer a whole-figure replacement service.

All replacement requests will be collected and submitted to the studiothen forwarded to the factoryshipped back to the studioand finally sent to us. This entire process can take up to 1-3 months before we receive it at our US warehouse.

If the item arrived defective or damaged, please contact us for a replacement part. When emailing us, you will need to provide us with the following information:

  • Customer account (your email address)
  • Order number (you can find it in the order confirmation email)
  • Photos or videos that clearly show the issue

If replacing a part cannot solve the problem, we will accept a return.

Painting issues are not covered for replacements.
