1. If you feel shipping & handling fees are too high and you want to cancel your preorder, please do not pay 2nd payment and contact email before March 4th; we will provide a full refund your deposit and cancel your preorder as you wish without any problem! 

2. Shipping will take approximately two weeks to complete. Please do not email asking about your order's shipping status. Contact us only if your order has not moved after two weeks.
3. Box condition is not guaranteed due to the package being heavy and undergoing international transit.
4. If you find any missing items or receive the wrong item, please take photos and videos as proof and contact us via email within one week of receiving your package.
5. The maximum weight per package is approximately 22 lbs. If you add bulky items and are unable to check out, please reduce the number of items and try again.
